Dusseldorf Papillon wins Mipim Award

On 17 March 2016, the Dusseldorf project Papillon was awarded the Best Refurbished Building award at the Mipim Trade Fair in Cannes, France.

The property is a former bomb shelter in the Heerdt district. Licensee 741 Project Development GmbH reconstructed the building into a multiple-family complex of 24 units. Receiving such a prominent, international award was also exciting and an honour for us, as the Papillon developers implemented our CarLoft concept for 23 apartments. Learn more about Papillon
